Every Connection Cards deck is printed to order, just for you. Here's exactly what we cover, what we can't, and how to reach us if something's not right.

Your deck is made just for you

Once you approve your deck and complete checkout, production begins and we can't undo it. That's the trade-off for getting something personal — we want to be upfront about it.

We'll reprint and ship a new one for free if:

  • Your deck arrives damaged or with printing defects
  • Cards are missing, miscut, or misprinted
  • The package is lost in transit

Submit a claim through our damage and defect form within 30 days of delivery. Photos help us process replacements faster.

We can't refund or reprint for:

  • Content you approved in the preview and later want to change
  • Typos in prompts that passed your review
  • Changed minds after production begins

We know this feels strict. It's also how every reputable custom-print shop works — we can't un-print something that was already approved and made. The preview step is where we catch these together, so please read it carefully before you click approve.

Need to cancel?

Contact our team as soon as possible. If we can catch your order before production starts, we'll refund it in full. Once production begins, we're no longer able to cancel or refund.

Damaged or defective deck?

Use our quick claim form to let us know what happened. Include a photo if you can — it speeds up the reprint. We'll ship a replacement at no cost to you.
